Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Ms. Williams joined Don Wilson Builders in 2007.  She manages Human Resources for the company.   Ms. Williams’ responsibilities include maintaining employee records, pre-employment screening, processing new hires and terminations, employee training and payroll processing.  She administers the employee health benefit and retirement plans, COBRA, Injury and Illness Prevention Program and Workers Compensation insurance policies.  She is also responsible to maintain the property and liability insurance coverage and claims for the company’s commercial and residential properties.

Prior to working for Don Wilson Builders, Ms. Williams worked doing payroll and held various accounting and customer service roles at the Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach and the Hilton Hotel in Long Beach. Ms. Williams earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
